Aloha, one of the best known courses on the Costa del Sol, was designed by Javier Arana and features a wide variety of holes.
Most of the fairways are fairly wide, though danger lurks on either side, but the greens are tricky, especially the par-five 10th with its adjacent lake. In recent years the club has benefitted from several improvements, namely replanted fairways and a refurbishment of the clubhouse and changing rooms. Aloha is a private club but welcomes visitors all year round. Among its regulars is European Tour Player Diego Borrego.

Fue inaugurado en Octubre de 1975, y está considerado como el inicio del boom dentro de la promoción y desarrollo de los campos de golf españoles. Enclavado en Nueva Andalucía, Meca del Golf en Europa, Alhoa es un campo natural, con una variadísima vegetación, donde un hoyo nunca se parece a otro.
