It is not allowed to move the vehicles between islands or to travel abroad without the prior consent of www.transauto.es.

OUR PRICES ARE INCLUSIVE OF:

- Unlimited mileage.
- Malaga Airport Delivery and collection (8:00 to 21:00)
- Personal accident insurances.
- Taxes 16% V.A.T.
- Map.
- www.transauto.es offer you a 24 Hours a day road assistance with AxaWinterthur on telephone 902 30 30 12.

NOT INCLUDED IN OUR RATES:

- Wheels: Damages to the wheels (Punctures, blow-out, accidents, etc...)
- Lost or damaged car key.
- Inadequate refuelling.
- Damaged due to negligent driving.
- Collection from 20:00 hours to 24:00 overtime services 15 euros (VAT not included). From 24:00 to 8:00 the price will be 20 euros (VAT not included).
- Baby Seat are avaiable with a supplement of 6 euros (VAT not include) per day, with a maximun of 42 euros (VAT not included) per renting.
- Petrol: not included. Please, pay what you use.
- Negligence: Cigarrette burns, cracked wing mirrors.
- Trafic and parking fines.

VEHICLE COLLECTIONS:

- Once at Málaga airport and when leaving the baggage claim area, proceed straight to the exit. DO NOT FOLLOW the "Car Hire" or "Rent a Car" signs. A representative from www.transauto.es will be waiting for you right outside the first set of doors, holding a sign with your family name on it. If due to any reason the representative would not be there, please wait a few moments as he/she could be with another customer. Or either give us a call on (+34) 952 105 050.

AGE AND LICENSE:

- The minimun age to hire a car in Spain is 23 years old, with more than 1 years of driving license. For drivers with less of 25 years old will be charged 11,64 euros (VAT not included) per day, with a maximun of 116,42 euros (VAT not included).

IDENTIFICATION:

- Passport (original)
- Driving license (original).
- Fly tickets.
- Credit card is required.

ACCIDENTS:

- 1. Fill in the form (there is an accident report form with the car documents)
- 2. Call the Police.
- 3. Report the accident within 24 hours to www.transauto.es (+34) 952 105 050

INSURANCE:

- Insurance with unlimited civil liability and damages to third party, limited own damages (minus excess), fire and theft of the hired car.
